Channel dies are made to order. Please call for details.
Die set No.145 & No.146 can form channels less than 3/4″ wide.
Die set No.145A & No.145B are recommended if flatness is a concern.
Die set No.147 & No.148 are recommended for channels over 3/4″ wide. The punch and die both have release wedges for quick removal of the part.

Die set No.149 & No.150 form a hat channel in one stroke. Spring pad in die keeps web flat; release wedges in punch and die permit easy removal of parts.
Die set No.151 & No.152 feature a draft angle on the sides of the hat channel. This taper greatly reduces pressure. Pressure pad assures greater accuracy and also serves to eject the part.

Die set No.246 & No.247 can be used to form a channel & a 90° angle. Removal of part is assured with stripper and release wedge.
Die set No.248 & No.249 can form 4 sides in one stroke. Spring pad in die keeps web flat; release wedges in punch and die permit easy removal of parts.

Die set No.185 & No.186 features rockers for over bending when necessitated by material spring back.
Die set No.250 & No.251 is suggested for small U-channels. This set features a single rocker for over bending when necessitated by material spring back.
